We are excited to announce a collaboration with Root & Bone for a wine pairing dinner on Friday, October 25th at 6:00pm. Root & Bone is a renowned restaurant in Horseshoe, NC. Two James Beard award-nominated Chefs, Jeffrey McInnis and Janine Booth, also featured on Top Chef, will be showcasing an "elevated southern comfort" cuisine derived from locally sourced farm-fresh ingredients. Our wines have been specially selected to pair with each of the courses that Root & Bone will be offering throughout the evening. The night will feature tapas, hand-passed hors d'oeuvres, four special courses paired with our wines, and desserts. We will end the evening with s'mores by the fire.
